The French Mosel's cuisine was created for being tasted in comfortable rooms. The restaurant will offer you the comfort in which to enjoy such a delicious and varied cuisine. You will watch appetising dishes being prepared, with fresh products from Eifel and Hunsrück, on an open beechwood grill. Additionally, from Monday to Friday, you can enjoy 2 dishes, which are designed by the chef on each day, or taste the seasonal courses. The cellar holds 900 varieties of wine, giving you the chance to choose the most appropriate for each occasion.
