Travel information

Coming from motorway A1/A48: Take the A602 in the direction of Trier, via Zurmaienerstraße, Katharinenufer. Approximately 200 metres after the first bridge (Kaiser-Wilhlem-Bridge), turn left into Irminenfreihof, Cityparkhaus. Then follow directions for "Residenz"/Cityhotel Primavera. Coming from the B51: Once over the bridge (Kaiser-Wilhlem-Bridge), turn right into Katharinenufer. Approximately 200 metres after the bridge, turn left into Irminenfreihof, Böhmerstraße, Cityparkhaus. Then follow directions for "Residenz"/Cityhotel Primavera. Coming by train: From the station, take the number 3 bus. After 18:45, take line 83. Get off at "Karl-Marx-Haus" bus stop. Cross the nearest junction to Johannisstraße. After 200 metres, you will find the hotel on the right hand side.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.
