Travel information

The Eifel is easily reach by motorway from the area Düsseldorf/ Ruhrgebiet via the A 44 (direction Aachen), from North Germany via the A 1 (direction Cologne) and from the South via A 48 (direction Koblenz). The connecting motorway A 61 (Koblenz - Cologne) leading a long the Eifel offers different exits towards the Eifel. Take A 60 in direction of Trier/Luxemburg/Bitburg; exit Badem (Nr. 7), in direction of B 257 (Badem/Gondorf) pass through Badem, in direction Dudelsdorf. Pass Dudelsdorf in direction Gondorf. Follow in Gondorf the hotel signs.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
