A tasty breakfast awaits you from 06:30 until 11:00 from Mondays to Fridays and from 07:00 until 12:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. On weekdays, light snacks are available at the hotel bar in the evening.

The reception is open from 06:30 until 22:00 from Mondays to Fridays. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the reception is open from 07:00 until 18:00. By prior agreement, arrivals are also possible after 22:00 on weekdays and after 18:00 at weekends. Due to safety reasons, the lift only operates when the reception is occupied.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
