Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  EUR 0 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 6 years are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 11 years are charged EUR 30 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 50 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
