Named after a famous local TV detective - Max Palü - this bistro is the lively centre of the hotel, where the atmosphere is guaranteed to make you want to stay till last orders are served. From 11.30 to 14.30 and 18.00 to 23, you can order from a wide range of delicious dishes, including everything from small snacks to full meals for discerning diners.
