At the motorway intersection Regensburg. follow the signs "Weiden" take the exit " Regensburg Pruefening" turn right in direction city center, straight on until you reach the Jakobstor. There you see the sign "Altstadthotels" drive right through the Jakobstor, at the traffic light turn right to "Bismarkplatz" there turn left into "Gesandtenstrasse" straight on than the second lane left "Rote Hahnengasse" leads you directly to "Haidplatz" at entering the square there is a parking space at your right hand signed out for taxis, here you can stop for about 10 minutes for unloading your luggage.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
