Travel information

Via the motorway A4 Chemnitz Nord and the A72 exit Stllberg West – further direction Annaberg (B95) and Oberwiesenthal. Driving through Baerenstein, you will reach the town Niederschlag. In Niederschlag, look for the hotel sign after approx. 400 metres. Now, make a right turn and reach the hotel in about 200 metres.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 56 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
