Rooms

In each room the 3 ravens tell you a different story from Nuremberg's world of legends. Accessories and sandstone silhouettes will arouse your curiosity, which will be satisfied by the explanatory texts and paintings on the walls. Everything you would expect from a 4-star hotel is offered here. The junior suites “legend and bath tub” feature, as the name already suggests, a little highlight: an antique bath tub in the centre of the room (in addition to your usual bathroom). Our standard rooms do not tell stories, but offer you 4-star standard and service.

Hotel details

The designer lounge can change its colours and, with the aid of projectors, tell you about the legends of Nuremberg. It's one of the most exclusive bars in town. Overall our hotel is, according to the London Times, “one of Europe's most unusual Designer Hotels”. Wireless LAN is available throughout the entire hotel, and is free of charge for our guests.

Food & Beverages

The designer lounge is the gateway to the world of Nuremberg legend. In contrast to the traditional storytelling methods adopted in the hotel rooms (writing and paintings on the wall, 3-dimensional accessories and sandstone silhouettes), the Nuremberg Tales are presented in the lounge in audio-visual form. In the daytime the Lounge offers you the finest Italian Espressos and Cappuccinos; in the evening, enjoy a glass of wine, champagne or one of the amazing cocktails of Mr David Davis.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Travel information

By Train: A 5-minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof (main train station), the hotel is located in the Königstrasse and opposite the internationally renowned "Neue Museum Nuremberg". The Königstorturm, the large round tower across from the station, marks the gateway to the Königstrasse and the Old City. Orange signs reading "9 Hotels" are placed near the station to guide you. If you arrive by train, simply follow the signs to the Altstadt (Old City). They will soon show you the way to the Königstrasse and our hotel (in 5 minutes). By Plane: Take the U-Bahn (underground) to Hauptbahnhof. Once there, follow the signs for "Altstadt". Private garage (valet parking service) is EUR 15.00 per night.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
