Our Pension is well located just off Viktualienmarkt. Marienplatz, Kaufinger- as well as Maximilianstrasse are only a few minutes away by foot. S- and U Bahn offer convenient access to local and regional traffic through the station at Marienplatz. From the airport you can take either S1 or S8, station Marienplatz.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
