Langwieder SeeYou will not find a same hotel in the neigbourhood of Muenchen like the LANGWIEDER SEE.
The city is nearby and the airport is at about 35 minuten but you are still in full nature.

We renovated our house and it is the ideal place to relax and to feel good, alone, for business or with your family.
With a lot of love for details we furnished all 30 comfort rooms. All rooms have shower/bath, TV, telephone, DSL-connection, and most of the rooms have also a fantastic view to the lake.
Luxus and Wellness you find in our suites with cornerbath, airpool and rainshower. You will have fantastic dreams in our healthy beds.
Enjoy the quietness of nature, where body, soul and brains will come to a rest.

Situated near to the A8 highway for Munich-Stuttgart in the recreation area of "Langwieder Seenplatte", our hotel is well-known by business-people. Our hotel offers comfortable and cosy rooms with a beautiful view overlooking the Langwieder Lake. And if you get hungry or want to go for a drink, our lake terrace, the self service beer garden or the restaurant offer international and Bavarian specialities in a nice atmosphere.

Our establishment is located on the western outskirts of Munich in the middle of a huge natural rehabilitation area. This location is both idyllic yet central for Munich and its many sights can be reached in only 15 minutes.

Travel information

The hotel is situated near the A8 motorway, München-Stuttgart. Munich's city centre is only 18 kilometres from the hotel. Munich Airport is 45 kilometres away.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
