Area information

The hotel is very easy to reach, being located near to the Mittlerer Ring and just 5 minutes away from the highway to Salzburg. Directly behind the building is a peaceful path that runs along the banks of the Isar. The pedestrian zone and all other sights in the heart of the city can easily be reached in just a few minutes using public transportation.

Travel information

Arriving by train or by air is easy, as the public transport connections are quick and easy to use. The U1 subway line will transport you almost to our front door. Exit is Wettersteinplatz station.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
