Area information

Situated in famous quarter of Schwabing, a residential area with many restaurants and shopping possibilities, the hotel is 40 km (25 miles) away from the airport. Munich city centre (Marienplatz/Glockenspiel), the main train station and the shopping district of Kaerntner strasse is about 500 m (545 yards). Schwabing shopping street Leopoldstrasse is within a stone's throw. Munich fairground is easy to reach within 15 km (9 miles). Theresienwiese (Octoberfest place) is 2 km (1 mile) away.

Travel information

From the airport: catch the S-Bahn S8 or S1 to central station (Hauptbahnhof), then change and catch the metro line U-5 or U-4, direction “Stachus”, till “Odeonsplatz”. Taxi fare: about 50,00 euro.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
