By plane: Coming from the airport you can take a taxi (approx
30 minutes to the hotel) or you can travel by public transport with the S1 or S8 to "Ostbahnhof". From there continue with the bus number 100 (towards "Nordbad") until the stop for "Friedensengel" directly in front of the hotel.
By train: Travel with the train to "Hauptbahnhof" and then by taxi (approx. 10 driving minutes). By public transport take the U-Bahn (subway) U4 or U5 to the "Max-Weber-Platz" stop. Leave through the "Ismaninger Straße/Klinikum Rechts der Isar" exit. From here it is no more than 5 walking minutes to the hotel.
By car:
Coming from the south (Garmisch) via A95 motorway go in direction of "Berg am Laim/Ostbahnhof", over the "Mittlerer Ring (Innsbrucker Ring)", through the underpass towards "Ostbahnhof", but right into "Grillparzer Straße" until "Prinzregentenplatz". Continue to "Prinzregentenstraße" towards the city center (Stadtmitte). Ismaninger Straße crosses Prinzregentenstraße after the renowned "Käfer" restaurant. Because a left turn is not permitted, continue driving to "Europaplatz/Friedensengel", drive around the traffic island here and back to the intersection. Then turn right into Ismaninger Straße, house number 42 on the left-hand side.
Coming from Salzburg via Motorway A8 go towards Munich Ramersdorf and city center (Stadtmitte). Take "Rosenheimer Straße" (directly at the end of the motorway, straight ahead) until "Rosenheimer Platz", behind the "Gasteig" culture center turn right into "Wiener Straße", across "Max-Weber- Platz" into "Ismaninger Straße". Continue as described above.
Coming from the north (Nürnberg) or Munich Airport via Motorway A9:
Drive to the end of the motorway, then in the direction of the "Mittlerer Ring Ost, Isarring" towards the ICM (new trade fair center), the street name changes to "Richard-Strauss-Straße".Turn right into "Prinzregentenstraße" (toward city center - Stadtmitte). From here see as described above.
