By car: Follow the signs to city centre and main train station (Stadtmitte/Hauptbahnhof). The hotel is located opposite the north side of the main station. By plane: The U1 and U8 lines of the U-Bahn (underground) take you directly to the main station (Hauptbahnhof). The hotel is located opposite the north side of the station. Alternatively, the Lufthansa shuttle bus stops directly opposite the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
