Area information The Munich district of Schwabing, which is older than Munich itself, has been the "poets and artists quarter" since the end of the 19th century. Schwabing borders the "English Garden" which, covering an area of approximately 4 square kilometres, is the largest city park in the world. The city's "green lung", this park features many attractions and is the ideal place for a gentle stroll or for sport. A lake with rowing boats and pedal boats can also be found in this oasis in the continental centre of Europe. It is in these wonderful surroundings that you find our hotel.

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
