The hotel is located in a quiet side street between the central railway station and Stachus. Karlsplatz /Stachus is the beginning of the pedestrian area with its various shopping opportunities. Direct connection to the Munich Trade Fair grounds (9 km): 20 min. by underground U2 from the central railway station (Hauptbahnhof). Direct connection to the airport: 45 min. by underground S8 or S1 from the central railway station (Hauptbahnhof). About 1.5 km to the motorway.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
