Travel information

Situated in Munich-Schwabing. Approx. 1km from city centre, easy to reach with public transportation. The new fair is 10 miles / 16 km away from the hotel and the Theresienwiese ( Oktoberfest ) 2 miles / 3 km. From Muc-Airport: either take the airport bus to city centre or S- Bahn to main train station. From main station take the underground line U3 or U6 in direction to "Münchner Freiheit". Your stop is either "University" or "Odeonsplatz". A taxi ride from the airport to the hotel will cost approximately EUR 55.00 Alternatively, from the airport take S Bahn S1 or S8 get off at Marienplatz to take U3 ou U6 till Odeonsplatz.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
