Please note that towels are only available in the single rooms and twin rooms. All other guests can either bring their own towels or buy a set at the hotel. Please note that the façade and windows will be renovated between May 2010 and November 2010, and between May 2011 and August 2011. No services will be affected as a result of this work.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
