We offer a lovely breakfast overlooking the rooftops of Munich. During good weather you can enjoy your breakfast on our rooftop terrace. You may order drinks from Reception during opening hours.

The Premiere TV station can be viewed free of charge. If you need to use a washing machine and dryer, they will be available for a small fee. The fitness room of the hotel can be used free of charge. Reception is open from 06:30am to 11pm. Please notify the hotel if you wish to arrive outside general opening hours.

Address Landwehrstraße 77 80336 München		Travel information From the airport, take the city rail line S8 or S1 to the main railway station ("Hauptbahnhof"), then change to underground line U4 or U5 until you reach Theresienwiese. (It takes approximately 8 minutes to walk from the main railway station to the hotel.) If you are arriving by car, follow the Mittler Ring towards the main railway station ("Hauptbahnhof"). From Arnulfstraße, turn left into Paul-Heyse-Straße. Follow Paul-Heyse-Straße and at the 3rd junction turn right into Landwehrstraße. You will find the hotel on the left-hand side. The underground garage is located right next to the hotel entrance.
Area information In the immediate vicinity you find the Oktoberfest and the St Paul church. The nearest underground station is just a 2-minute walk away and takes you to all of the city's main points of interest. The main railway station is just an 8-minute walk away (or one stop by underground).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
