Spanning 3 floors, we offer 105 comfortable rooms, 3 of which are triple rooms and 6 of which are spacious corner rooms with a large sofa bed. You may choose between 3 different room types with various fittings and colour schemes. 33 of our rooms are non-smoking. All rooms offer a large desk, TV, minibar, telephone, voicemail, hotel video, and a wonderful view of the Olympiapark or the Bavarian metropolis.

Our cosy Bayern Stub’n restaurant is as much appreciated by our hotel guests as by the residents of the Olympic Village. Elegant country style, light coloured woods and comfortable furniture create an atmosphere in which the Bavarian food we serve tastes twice as good. For your perfect start to the day we offer you our sumptuous morning delights breakfast buffet. In the summer we welcome you to our outdoor beer garden. You can also have an aperitif before or a digestive after dinner in our comfy bar. The bar is open daily (except Sunday) from 18:00 to 00:00. Breakfast is served daily from 06:30 to 10:00.

Travel information

By Car: - Take the Mittlerer Ring in the direction of the Olympic Stadium (Olympiastadion). - At the BMW building in Lerchenauer Straße (travelling in a northerly direction), after about 100 metres turn left into the Olympic Village. Parking: - 60 parking spaces are available in front of the hotel, available to you free of charge. By Public Transport (MVV): - The bus and underground (U-Bahn U3) stops only 3 minutes walk from the hotel, at the Olympiazentrum station.

Area information

This hotel is situated in the centre of the Olympic Village, just a stone’s throw from the Olympic stadium with its world-famous roof. There is a direct connection to the Mittlerer Ring, Munich’s main inner city ring road, and it takes only a few minutes to walk to the U-Bahn (underground) station. In 2007 you can expect further highlights: the gigantic BMW World and the famous Sea Life Centre will open their doors close to the hotel.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 17.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
