BayernlandOur house is central and calmly located in Muenchen. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, telephone and cable TV. Our guests can expect a rich breakfast buffet in a nice atmosphere. We have 4 breakfast rooms where 3 of them are reserved for non smoking guests. All public means of transport can be attained in five minutes comfortably by foot.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
