Travel information

There are two airports serving our area. Franfurt-Intl.-Airport and Frankfurt-Hahn. If you are arriving at F-Hahn you are using the shuttle-bus to Mainz-Central-Station(Mainz-Hbf). If you are arriving at F-International you go to Terminal 1, there to the Regio-Station and enter the S8(dir. to Wiesbaden) at track #3. You will leave the train after ~25 min. at Mainz-Central-Station(Mainz Hbf). We are only just 1 min. away by foot from Mainz-Hbf (you will see our big yellow advertisement).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
