The hotel restaurant can be found right next to the hotel lobby. It has space for up to 80 guests and serves international cuisine all day long, with a wonderful view of the hotel garden. See and be seen. In our stylish bar and lounge, which is decorated in dark wood, we offer a selection of small snacks, coffees, delicious drinks and cocktails from morning until night. We also open our sun terrace and have a lovely garden to enjoy when the weather is fine.

Travel information

Coming from the A60, take the Mainz-Lerchenberg exit in the direction of Mainz-Bretzenheim. After 300 metres turn right towards Gutenberg-Center and at the next lights turn left into Haifa Allee. The hotel is on the right. Coming from the centre of Mainz, take the Saarstraße out of town and turn right after the university onto the K3 in the direction of Bretzenheim/ZDF. After about 2.5 km, turn left at the lights towards Gutenberg-Center. At the next lights turn left into Haifa Allee. The hotel is on the right.

Area information

Just a stone’s throw from the hotel you can find the entrance to the A60, A63 and A643 motorways, which connect Mainz to the neighbouring cities of Wiesbaden (5 km), Frankfurt (30 km) and Frankfurt airport (30 km). The city centre, with its countless sights, the Mainz Congress Centre and the attractive Augustinerstraße promenade are only 5 km from the hotel and easily reached with public transport. Right next to the hotel you can find the ZDF TV channel headquarters, which opens its “TV-garden” from May to September. For active guests and guests looking to enjoy nature, nearby is one of the most beautiful hiking trails in Rheinhessen. It leads through the idyllic Selz valley, past vineyards, wineries and little towns. An interesting bike tour of the Rhine wine region is the stretch from Mainz to Nackenheim, Oppenheim and Nierstein through the vineyards and with a beautiful view of the Rhine River.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
