Area information

You live quite in the district Plagwitz. Shopping possibilities you can find in the Elsterpark-Shopping Centre which is near the hotel. Only a few minutes and you are at the "Connewitzer Holz", the biggest alluvial forest of Germany with the rivers Elster and Pleiße. The race-course at the former car racetrack "Scheibenholz" and the Clara-Zetkin Park are ideal for trips. But you also can go hiking at the "Green lung" of Leipzig just until the city centre and the town hall.

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 9.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
