Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 5 to 12 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night in an extra bed.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
