Pension am Helenenwall is a fine non-smoking guesthouse in the centre of Köln, in a quiet part of town only 200 meters from the river Rhine. Thank to its central location all the pointsof interest, such as the trade faire area, the Koelnarena and the old part of town with its shops and nightlife can easely be reached on foot or with a short tram ride.

All our rooms are modernly furnished and eqpuipped with shower/WC and TV.

Hotel details

Our bed and breakfast is located in a beautiful, listed building. All the rooms were renovated in 2006 and are now equipped with modern furniture. The rooms can be reached through the staircase, there is no elevator available. You will find a terrace behind the house where you can have breakfast during the summer.

Area information Our centrally located guest house in Cologne Deutz is situated only 200 metres from the Rhine. In spite of our quiet location, the city life is nearby: the old quarter with its night life, shops and many attractions can be reached on foot via the Deutzer Brücke. On your way you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the city with its famous cathedral. You can also reach the fairgrounds and the arena on foot or by tram (1-2 stops). The near banks of the Rhine are ideal for walking, cycling or inline skating.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
