Pension am HelenenwallPension am Helenenwall is a fine non-smoking guesthouse in the centre of Köln, in a quiet part of town only 200 meters from the river Rhine. Thank to its central location all the pointsof interest, such as the trade faire area, the Koelnarena and the old part of town with its shops and nightlife can easely be reached on foot or with a short tram ride.

All our rooms are modernly furnished and eqpuipped with shower/WC and TV.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
