Travelling by car: Coming from motorway A4/A1 (North) Exit for Frechen coming from the direction A1 Koblenz. Turn onto the Dürener Straße towards Köln (Cologne). Take the first junction left into Max-Planck-Straße. Coming from motorway A1 (South) Exit for Frechen shortly before motorway interchange Köln-West. Continue straight through the first traffic light, then take the next street left into the Max-Planck-Straße.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.50 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
