Travel information

Our hotel is centrally located, in a very secluded area south of the inner city, with direct connection to the public transport system. By public transport you can quickly reach the cities of Cologne and Bonn, the exhibition centre and the airport Cologne-Bonn. By car, you can reach us best by using the motorway 59, Exit 35 Porz-Wahn (direction Wahn). After a short distance on the Heidestrasse, you turn left at the second crossing lights (Winkelsmaar) and after about 70 m turn left again into Wilhelm-Ruppert-Strasse where you will find our hotel.

Area information

International restaurants and various bars are available within a walking distance from our hotel. Furthermore it is possible to walk through the natural surroundings, e.g. at Gut Leidenhausen or at the leisure island Groove.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
