Hotel ImperialThe Hotel Imperial is situated in a quiet area in Cologne, nevertheless only 5 minutes by car from the town-centre.
All our 35 rooms (65 beds in all) have been outfitted with comfort in mind: each has a bathroom with shower and WC, cabel-TV, radio alarm, private telephone, computer, telefax connections and a small bar.
Relaxation is possible in our wellness center: a sauna, a Roman-style steam bath, a whirlpool and solarium and fitness cycles await you to wash away the stress of the day.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
