All the attractions of the city of Cologne are within easy walking distance. In the summer, guests can enjoy breakfast on the hotel terrace and breath in a wonderful view of the Rhine.
Hotel Hayk is one of the smallest hotels in Cologne. But the rooms are surprisingly large and they all include toilet, shower, telephone, tv and some rooms have view on the river. Front desk is open from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm.
A bar next door belongs to the hotel, so in the night there is a staff in the bar for the guests.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 28 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
