Cancellation policy

Cancellation free of charge untill 12:00 o`clock 1 day before the date of arrival. Cancellation free of charge not possible for the following dates (the hotel might charge your credit card in advance): - June 5 - July 1, 2006 - September 24 - October 2, 2006 Cancellation free of charge is possible until 3 months prior to arrival for the following dates: - January 15-22, and January 28 - February 2, 2006 - February 12-16, 2006 - March 4-8, 2006 - April 3-7, 2006 - May 9-13, 2006 - September 2-5, and September 13-17, 2006 - October 10-15, and October 23-28, 2006 - November 14-18, 2006 During the Soccer World Cup 2006 from June 5 till July 1 2006 cancellationn is not possible! A deposit of 50% of the total rate is required right after booking. The rest amount has to be paid at least 3 months before date of arrival. In case of short term cancellation / no show the hotel will charge a cancellation fee of 80% of the total rate The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
