Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 5 per night in a baby cot.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 12 years is charged EUR 10 per night in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
