Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 28 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 17 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 12 years is charged EUR 35 per night and person in an extra bed.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 60 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
