Travel information

The trade fair complex can be easily reached by using public transport. This helps both the business man and the holidaymaker. Cologne Main Station, with frequent services to the Cologne-Bonn airport, is in just 5 minutes by taxi and 15 minutes by on foot away. Road links are excellent from all parts of Germany. Close to the Highway A1 and A4, the Hotel can be reached easily from any direction. We also offer a shuttle service from the main station or airport to our Hotels.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 9.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
