Casa Colonia is housed in a completely renovated house in Wilhelminian style that was built in 1895. The hotel is located in the centre of town, not far from the 'Kölner Dom'.
We offer 12 rooms and 1 spacious apartment (all are non-smoking), which are outfitted with custom-built furniture, underlining the antique and homely character of the house.
All the rooms and the apartment are equipped with shower/toilet, hairdryer, LCD-TV, radio telephone, refrigerator (40L) and W-LAN internet access, while a DVD-player is available on request at the reception.

The river Rhine can be reached in only one minute by foot and here you can find many touristic activities from March til September. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
