Travel information

On request the hotel can provide a transfer from the airport. There is a cost for this service and it is available for a maximum of 6 people including luggage from Cologne airport. (Transfers from Düsseldorf or Frankfurt airports are also available on request!)

Area information

The central railway station is approximately 400 metres away. From here, you can easily reach the Cologne Cathedral (approximately 450 metres) and exhibition centre (approximately 500 metres). From here, you can easily reach the city’s shopping area(5 minutes), Lanxess Arena (approximately 10 minutes), and football stadium (approximately 20 minutes). Cologne/Bonn Airport is about 15 km away. Bonn (approximately 25 km) and Düsseldorf (approximately 40 km) are also within convenient reach.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
