Highway exit Köln-Süd/Bayenthal, direction Rheinufer to the Rhine reaching the Rhine turn right, direction Rodenkirchen. After driving under the bridge turn left. Second left onto Kirchstrasse. First right onto Karlstrasse.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 4.50 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
