On Werner-Hilpert-Straße between Hotel Excelsior and Haupt- und Kulturbahnhof you turn into the Erzbergerstraße and you will see your destination. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
