The 4-star hotel in the heart of the town of Karlsruhe combines nostalgic charm and the style of the early 20th century with the most modern standards of comfort and service of the 21st century.
It is located near the main railway station and the Stadtgarten.
Our 96 rooms are stylishly furnished and fully equipped.

Our kitchen team meticulously prepares your meals using only the very freshest ingredients. Opening hours: Daily from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. except Sundays (closed), Seating up to 45 guests Schwarzwaldstube: Karlsruhe is the "Gateway to the Black Forest". Nowhere is this more evident than in the cosy atmosphere of the Schwarzwaldstube ("Black Forest Inn"). Visitors can dine on regional specialties and escape the rush of the city from midday until late at night. Opening hours: Daily from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. No closing day, Seating up to 75 guests Schlossbar: The hotel entrance hall with its lobby and bar really is rather elegant. During the day our lobby is frequently a meeting place for business talks. In the evening its pleasant atmosphere invites our guests to enjoy a nice drink, whether it is a Pils straight from the tap or an exotic cocktail. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 16 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
