In 2003 our hotel was already externally completely renovated. but we continually try to improve our room. Our concept "Hotel und Wohnen" combines the traditional hotel with the idea of independent living. Business travellers - especially long time guests - have discovered this way to travel and this comfortable hotel living. Our guests appreciate the convenience of cooking for themselves.
But whether you stay for just one night or for several months - you will feel most certainly at home in our comfortably furnished rooms and apartments.
The spacious apartments and studios at Lessingstrasse (120 m from our main building Sophienstrasse) are ideal for single persons as well as for families. They are of a superior category, comfortably furnished and, of course, with a fully equipped kitchenette.

We want you to start your day with a rich and delicious breakfast from our buffet. Choose from a wide variety of sausage- and cheese specialities, fresh fruit, "Mueslis", cereals and, of course, fine marmelades and jams. Delivery Service: If you don't feel like cooking and you don't want to go out for dinner, we offer a menue selection from our room service. You select and order the menue and the delivery service brings the food to the hotel entry, rings at your door and talks to you via intercom.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 10.00 per hour.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
