We are situated at about 15 km distance from "Forstinning", "Haar" is about 20 km away. You can reach us via: -A99 motorway ring Munich-East (München-Ost) , exit "Haar" - change for B304 direction "Ebersberg/Wasserburg" -1km after "Ebersberg" turn right towards "Oberndorf" or A94 motorway ring Munich direction "Passau", exit "Forstinning" -drive direction "Ebersberg/Wasserburg" -1 km after "Ebersberg" turn right to "Oberndorf" -follow towards centre (Zentrum). Hotel can't be missed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 13 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
