Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.95 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board costs EUR 12 per person per night.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 4 years are charged EUR 10 per stay for cots. All children under 12 years are charged EUR 12 per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per stay for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
