This family-run hotel is situated within the Lüneburg Heath between Bremen, Hanover and Hamburg. The Walsrode Bird Park and the Serengeti Park lie nearby, while excellent cycle paths and canoe routes are also waiting to be explored.

Travel information

Arriving from Hanover via the A7: Take the exit at Westenholz and continue towards Hodenhagen. Once in Hodenhagen, travel towards Rethem or Neustadt. Once you enter the district of Bosse, turn right to reach the hotel. Arriving from Hamburg via the A7: Exit at Walsroder Dreieck and head towards Bremen. Exit at Walsrode West and head towards Rethem. Once in Rethem turn left towards Ahlden. Once you enter the district of Bosse, turn left to reach the hotel. Arriving from Bremen via the A27: Exit at Walsroder Dreieck and head towards Bremen. Exit at Walsrode West and head towards Rethem. Once in Rethem turn left towards Ahlden. Once you enter the district of Bosse, turn left to reach the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 12 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
