Travel information

By car: - Coming from the Schoenefelder junction on Motorway A13 take exit Mittenwalde. - From here take the B246 towards Storkow. After entering the town Bestensee, follow the sign in approx. 400m and turn left. By train: - The hotel is in walking distance and can be reached in only 6 minutes. - We can pick you up by car from Königs-Wusterhausen or Bestensee station upon request. An on-site parking place is available.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 5 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 12 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
