HEP Hotel Berlin

This 3 star comfort hotel is located on the outskirts of South East of Berlin and surrounded by the shopping passage Hönow. It features a hairdresser, a beauty department, a pharmacy as well as solarium and fitness and a supermarket. The city centre (Alexander square) can be easily reached by U-Bahn in about 20 minutes. The U-Bahn stop Hönow is only 100 m from the hotel and runs every 15 minutes. Our rooms were renovated at the end of 2007 and offer a cosy and comfortable ambiance which is ideal to relax.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8 per person per night.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 7 to 12 years is charged EUR 9 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged EUR 18 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
