The hotel's air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant, Ernas Gut' Stubb, offers traditional German cuisine and fine regional dishes. It is open from 18:00 from Mondays to Saturdays, while it is closed on Sundays. Drinks are still available on Sundays. During summer, you can enjoy your meal on the restaurant terrace. The lounge area is the perfect place to relax with a refreshing drink.

Starting 01 January 2011, Hotel Heidelberg is a non-smoking hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  Up to two further older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds.  All further older children or adults are charged EUR 10 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
