Travel information

By car: From the North: - From the A7 motorway join the A37 motorway - Continue to the Pferdeturmkreuzung where you turn right (before the underpass) into Hans-Boeckler-Allee, towards Zentrum. This road turns into Marienstrasse - Now follow the signs to Landtag. Go across Aegidientorplatz into Friedrichswall - After about 500 m you will see the Neue Rathaus (New Town Hall) on your right-hand side. Take a right at the next traffic lights into Karmarschstrasse and then take the second left into Schmiedstrasse - The hotel is located along the second street on the right (Seilwinder Strasse). From the South: - Exit towards Messe at the A7 motorway junction Hannover-Süd. - You are now on the A37 motorway which you follow towards Messe. This will take you onto the Messeschnellweg (dual carriageway), which you should follow to the Hannover Zentrum junction. - The road will turn into the Südschnellweg. Exit at the Döhren junction. Turn right at the next set of traffic lights, into Hildesheimer Strasse. Carry on for 3 km until you reach Aegidientorplatz - Now follow the signs to Landtag. Go across Aegidientorplatz into Friedrichswall - After about 500 m you will see the Neue Rathaus (New Town Hall) on your right-hand side. Take a right at the next traffic lights into Karmarschstrasse and then take the second left into Schmiedstrasse - The hotel is located along the second street on the right (seilwinder Strasse). The hotel has its own car park (EUR 10 per day). By public transport: The nearest U-bahn (underground) station to the hotel is Kröpcke, a 3-minute walk from the hotel's front steps. Kröpcke can be reached from the Hauptbahnhof (central railway station) by lines 3, 7, 8 and 9 (Journey time: around 2 minutes).
