The Congress Hotel Am Stadtpark is located close to the city centre and the main station, in direct proximity to the motorway and the forest nearby. Distances: Main station - 3 kilometres. City centre - 3 kilometres. Fairgrounds - 7 kilometres. Tram or bus stop - 0.1 kilometres. Airport - 15 kilometres. Due to our cooperation with the "Hannover Congress Centrum", the largest independent conference and event centre, we are able to offer you capacities for your events from 4 to 4,000 people.

Travel information

Arrival by car: Once you have reached Hannover, follow the directions to "Hannover Congress Centrum"/"Zoo". By train: At the main station, take the bus 128 (in the direction of "Peiner Strasse") or 134 (in the direction of "Bus-Depot Sued") and get off at "Hannover Congress Centrum". By plane: Take the S-Bahn train 5 to Hannover main station and change to bus 128 or 134. See above.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 34.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
