IIn the lounge, from Monday to Friday, you can enjoy a rich continental breakfast-buffet. Breakfast is not included and should be reserved in advance! If you stay for a weekend, you will get the special, varied breakfast basket directly in your apartment. In the vicinity of the apartments, there are a lot of different restaurants.

The office hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Thursday and on Fridays 08:00 to 16:00. Should the time of your arrival differ from the above mentioned office hours, please contact the apartments so that the can arrange for the housekeeper to welcome you.

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 10 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
